SFF Studio Tools ("the Service", at tools.sffstudio.com) is operated by SFF S26 AG, Schützengasse 7, 9000 St. Gallen, Switzerland ("SFF Studio", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
The Service is a community-ranked directory of third-party software tools. It lets registered users view tools, vote, comment, see community rankings, and access offers ("deals") provided by third parties. Tool listings, descriptions, logos and deals relate to products operated by independent third parties.
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. You can register with an email and password or via Google sign-in. You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current.
You agree not to: post unlawful, infringing, defamatory, harassing or misleading content; manipulate votes or rankings (e.g. multiple accounts, automated voting); scrape or copy the database; attempt to access other users' accounts or non-public data; or disrupt the Service. We may suspend or remove accounts that breach these Terms.
You retain ownership of comments you post, but grant SFF Studio a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and distribute that content within the Service. You're responsible for what you post and confirm you have the right to post it. We may moderate, edit, hide or remove content, and may display your name according to your membership group (e.g. full name to SFF team members; first name and last initial to others).
Listings, rankings, descriptions and logos refer to products of independent third parties. SFF Studio is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for those products unless explicitly stated. Logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners; their appearance does not imply endorsement.
Deals are offered by the respective third parties. SFF Studio facilitates discovery and redemption tracking but does not guarantee availability, accuracy, eligibility or the terms of any deal, which may change or end at any time. Any transaction or agreement arising from a deal is solely between you and the third party.
Content on the Service (including SFF use-cases and rankings) is general information, not professional, legal, financial or investment advice.
We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified via the Service or email, and continued use after changes means acceptance.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SFF Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from third-party tools or deals. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is St. Gallen, Switzerland, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection forum rules.
